Swenid shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, epidemics, government action, internet outages, or failures of telecommunications networks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Himatnagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at Himatnagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 days (or 72 hours, if the complaint is in respect of unlawful content removal as required under the Intermediary Guidelines).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
